New Shoes + 16 Miles


Update: Last week we put in 14 miles.... 9 miles during the week and a 5 mile long run Saturday morning with our team. We have quickly learned that keeping up the mileage during the week helps us in our endurance on Saturday's. 

As we continued to put in the miles week after week (in order to accurately train for a half marathon), we wanted to see if our current running shoes were providing enough support. Over the weekend we visited the Running Center in Redlands and they helped fit both the Foster's in a new pair of shoes that will carry us through race day. :) 

This week we are aiming to put in 16 miles.... 10 miles during the week and 6 miles on Saturday.
